1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ballantynecardvault.com and any purchases made through our store, operated by Ballantyne Card Vault LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this site. To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent and direct involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By accessing ballantynecardvault.com or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Products
We specialize in sealed trading card packs, booster boxes, and collectible card inventory. All product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Due to the nature of collectibles, market value is not guaranteed and may fluctuate independently of our pricing.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all payment methods available at checkout.
5. All Sales Are Final
Consistent with our Refund Policy, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and fulfilled. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis only for:
- Items that arrive visibly damaged due to shipping
- Incorrect items shipped (wrong product or variant)
To report an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@ballantynecardvault.com with your order number and photos. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
6. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday. See our Shipping Policy for full details on rates, carriers, delivery windows, and lost/damaged package procedures.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, images, product descriptions, and design elements — is the property of Ballantyne Card Vault LLC and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
All third-party trademarks, brand names, and product names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Ballantyne Card Vault LLC is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading card publisher or manufacturer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ballantyne Card Vault LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site or the purchase of products. This includes, but is not limited to, fluctuations in card market value or loss of value of collectible items after purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
