Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders Monday through Thursday. Promptly. Orders placed Thursday evening (after 8 PM PT) or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Domestic Shipping (US)
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 — estimated delivery 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: $15.00 — estimated delivery 1–3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $99 and over
We ship via USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. During high-demand periods (new set releases, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
